Job Description:
Operator Tech Process Technician Set-up Maintenance Mechanic Repair Maintain Machine Machinery Plastic Plastics Rubber Tube Film Extrusion Extruded Extruder Medical Devices - .
Set-up and operate plastic injection and plastic extrusion machines to run quality plastic parts and fill all production and work orders.
Functions:
*** Set-up production lines and maintain process stability throughout production run.
*** Change extruder screens.
*** Run quality plastic parts to fill existing production and work orders.
*** Fill out extruder heat setting charts, X charts, and R charts.
*** Perform production order sign-off responsibilities.
*** Test run new extrusion or fabrication dies.
*** Follow 5S and Single-minute Exchange if Die procedures.
