Job Description:

SNI Technology has partnered with a publicly traded company in the South Orlando area who is seeking a Tier I/II Help desk Technician. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC/Network/Peripheral issues, proactively resolving issues in monitored machines, running maintenance / Windows updates.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows 7 & 10, MS Office, PC hardware / peripherals and understanding of basic networking

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems (escalating when necessary)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of corporate IT environments, such as enterprise anti-virus, active directory provisioning, patching, troubleshooting Windows, Office 365

  • 1-2 years direct Help Desk/Tech Support experience or training
