Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: Shifts range between 7am-7pm Monday - Friday with one required weekend day (Saturday OR Sunday) - 40 hours total
- Pay Rate: $12.50/hour - 13.50 if bilingual
- Plenty of overtime available
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Take and manage high volume inbound calls
- Provide quality service to all customers
- Meet key performance indicators as assigned by supervisor

- Must have reliable computer with internet connection
- Flexibility in scheduling is a must
- Ability to pass preliminary assessments required
