Job Description:
Working with the other colleague, manage and update the products resource system, to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate.
Support the General Manager with monthly product and finish options logistic reports for regional trend analysis.
Evaluate requirements of the clients and coordinate specifications for goods such as equipment, materials and supplies.
Develop potential clients and maintain current customers, review quotations with relevant channels;
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, determine optimal service method and products management;
Establish logistics of delivery schedules, monitor progress, coordinate the clients and partners to resolve problems if exists;
React promptly to all system updates & maintenance requests from the other departments;
Ensure all new data entered into the resource planning system is accurate and consistent in its format;
Manage, report and record obsolete products/options;
Recruit, train or supervise purchasing and inventory control workers and any other relevant clerks with assistance of human resources;
Conduct field investigations of large scale equipment, special goods for delivery and logistics.

Job Requirements:
College diploma or above in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines is required
2 years of experience in product management roles is required
Strong organization and negotiation skills are required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
well developed communication
interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with suppliers, clients, and co-workers
