Customer Service / Collection Position (Summerlin Area (Las Vegas, NV))

We are currently hiring for a for a Customer Service / Collection Position in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada.

As a fast-paced solid company in the direct sales and marketing industry, we are seeking HIGH ENERGY individuals who are able to establish strong business relationships quickly. The perfect candidate for this position would need to have a strong background in Customer Service / Sales / Collection with Business to Business or SEO experience.

The customer service position is part of a team extremely vital to our company as it supports several departments within the organization as well as working directly with our customers. Job Requirements As an Inside Customer Service / Collection Representative, you must be a go-getter who is able to stay highly organized and productive in a challenging environment. When faced with phone calls, orders, and projects, the ability to multi-task and balance your to-do list as it changes are essential to completing tasks related to our customers and salespeople.

Other requirements of these positions include but are not limited to:
Previous business-to-business experience, a must
SEO experience helpful
Must have website / internet experience
Must have collection experience, have the ability to up sell and pay attention to detail
Must have excellent customer service skills Must have strong computer skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills with a nice phone presence
Professional demeanor, organized and reliable
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Result driven attitude
Strong follow up with the ability to answer questions professionally.
