Job Description:
Travel to customer facilities to service Automated Bulk Packaging Machinery:
-- Drum, Pallet, Pail and Paint Can Fillers & Closers
-- Bag Fillers - 0.5 - 2 Cubic Yard
-- Bag Closer Stitcher Sealers
-- Articulating Arm Pallet Loader Robots
-- Pallet Wrapers & Banders
-- Auger, Powder & Granular Fillers
-- Weighers
Customer locations are based throughout the US and CANADA.
Candidate will work on various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated sub components as well as drives and motors.
*** Install, start-up, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
*** Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
*** Order and manage repair parts.
*** Maintain service logs and internal service records.
*** Resolve delivery issues.
*** Ensure proper calibration of tools and test equipment.
*** Train and guide junior service engineers.
