Job Description:
Seeking individual with strong experience utilizing CNC machine tools producing unique, high-quality, precision parts.
Metal Spinning Machinery
-- Single, Double & Triple Roller
-- Spinning Lathes
-- Shear Spinning
-- Necking & Creasing
-- Flow Forming Machines
-- Cone Formers
-- Swagers
Shall:
*** Analyze drawings, models, specifications and designs to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
*** Determine the sequence of machine operations, and select the proper cutting tools needed to machine workpieces into the desired shapes.
*** Select, program, and operate machines and tooling to produce various metal parts.
Qualifications:
*** Experience with 2D and 3D design programs.
*** Strong knowledge of CAM software.
