Job Description:
Seeking Maintenance Technician with experience repairing electronics and hydraulics on industrial manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with servo-driven industrial manufacturing equipment is preferred, and knowledge of all-electric injection molding machinery is a major plus.
Must be able to set own work pace and goals, candidates with exceptional time management skills and electronic troubleshooting abilities a plus.
Requirements:
*** 3+ years experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic or mechanical issues on injection molding equipment.
*** Familiarity with operating, troubleshooting and programming PLCs for automated equipment.
*** Understanding and use of blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose malfunction sources in machinery.
Shall:
*** Install, set up and implement new injection molding machines or similar equipment.
*** Program and update PLC systems.
*** Trace and replace PLC wiring and faulty circuit boards.
Total compensation up to $90,000 with overtime. Company provided medical, dental, vision and life insurance included, as well as PTO for vacations and personal days, paid holidays off. Excellent work-life balance.
