Job Description:
Join global manufacturer of box manufacturing machinery and remotely support systems for manufacturers of corrugated cardboard box manufacturer and large packaging operations.

*** Web Handlers

*** Corrugators
*** Rotary Sheeters
*** Mill Rollers
*** Pressure Rollers
*** Corrugated Rollers
*** Steamers
*** Driers
*** Folders
*** Gluers
*** Flexo Folders
*** Flexo Gluers
*** Load Formers
*** Stackers
*** Corrugators
*** Die Cutters
*** Edge Cutters
*** Slitters
*** Slotters
*** Creasers
*** Scoring Machines
*** Rotary Die Cut Trimmers
*** Printers
*** Bundle Handlers: Rotators, Inverters, Doublers
Remotely support field service team and client's engineering teams to commission, upgrade, configure, program, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
Shall:
*** Provide service and technical support remotely through use of telephone and Internet communications.
*** Build and test prototype solutions and improvements to systems.
*** Troubleshoot and program PLCs for a variety of different system needs.
*** Train customers on operation of machines.
*** Experiment with prototype solutions and improvements on inhouse demonstration production lines
*** Collaborate with design team for improvements and system advancement
Requirements:
*** Bachelors degree in engineering, or similar, plus 5 years experience.
*** Hands on experience with 3D CAD software
*** Ability to program PLC controlled machinery.
