Job Description:
Seeking experienced Controls Specialist to be the company's ambassador and technical expert for customers in the multi-state region.
Shall participate in initial installation, continued maintenance, emergency repair, and routine service projects for controls systems installed on manufacturing machinery and related equipment.
Requires experience with the following, or similar:
*** Production machinery: plastic molding machinery, CNC machine tools, converting machinery, metal forming machinery, etc.
*** Industrial automation: machine tending robots, conveying systems, machine mounted controllers (PLCs), etc.
*** Testing machinery: tension and compression testing, leak and mass flow testing, checkweighing, etc.
Program, troubleshoot, modify, and update controllers, IO devices, touchscreen interfaces, motors, drives, servos, actuators, amplifiers, reducers, or other components of controls systems. Train customers on operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of controllers and related systems.
