Job Duties:
Read plans/drawings and execute accordingly.
Lead on-site team through renovation process while being hands on.
Build and construct forms for stairs, doors, and walls.
Familiar with provincial building codes.
Utilized blueprints and completed projects with hand, power and air tools associated with carpentry.
Responsible for managing materials, maximizing resources, and managing work flow.
Supervise other contraction workers

Experience: Over 4 years of related experience OR Completion of a three-to four-year apprenticeship program is required.
Education: Completion of high school
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Ability work from heights under varying weather conditions.
Fall protection training is an asset.
