Full Job Description

  • Develop plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and expand our customer base.

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets of aftermarket products.

  • Create a culture of successful selling of the all the companies portfolio of products.

  • Manage, develop and cultivate the aftermarket field sales team.

  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

  • Perform customer and market analysis to effectively direct salesman's activities.

  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

  • Accurately forecast and manage the pipeline of sales opportunities.

  • Compile regional information and data related to customer and prospect interactions for each regional salesman.

  • Identify strategic growth accounts, set goals and execute annually with each regional salesman.

  • Identify target products per application (current/new) based on market and customer feedback.

  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.

  • Support the team to effectively communicate our companies value proposition in proposals and presentations.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.



  • Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field

  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
