Full Job Description
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and expand our customer base.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets of aftermarket products.
- Create a culture of successful selling of the all the companies portfolio of products.
- Manage, develop and cultivate the aftermarket field sales team.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
- Perform customer and market analysis to effectively direct salesman's activities.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Accurately forecast and manage the pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Compile regional information and data related to customer and prospect interactions for each regional salesman.
- Identify strategic growth accounts, set goals and execute annually with each regional salesman.
- Identify target products per application (current/new) based on market and customer feedback.
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Support the team to effectively communicate our companies value proposition in proposals and presentations.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
