Job Description:
F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $36.06/hr. Seeking a qualified person who can supervise and coordinate work to install, repair, replace, maintain drywall, roofs and shingles, masonary, plumbing, electrical and other activities associated with the construction and renovation. Able to use all safety and other equipments to perform tasks efficiently. Coordinate with other workers and sub contractors for completion of project. Ensure project is completed on time. Schedule work for staff and supervise their work. Prepare reports and suggest preventative maintenance. Prepare requisition for material and other supplies. Ensure staff is trained and fully equipped to do construction related work
