Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The regional training coordinator is responsible for providing a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. The successful applicant will be teaching core training to include Sabre, QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp, American Eagle Ground Operations Manual and Annual Deicing training to support regional stations. Temporary duty assignments and travel may also be required. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite

  • Flexible schedule

  • Airline ramp experience

  • Proficient in QIK/Sabre

  • At least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license

  • A manager recommendation letter is required (Internal Applicants Only)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

Work Environment:

  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment

  • All shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts

  • Travel may be required

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

  • Long periods of standing and speaking
