Social Media Manager – The Medicine Shoppe - 148
The Medicine Shoppe has more than 200 independently owned and operated pharmacies providing care to Canadians for over 25 years.
The Social Media Manager will be working from the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy #148, located at Unit 9-31205 Maclure Road Abbotsford, BC V2T 5E5, but will be managing the communications of 7 other Medicine shoppe Pharmacies across the lower mainland. This candidate will be organizing communication through social media platforms to build a closer and stronger relationship with their customers and the community at large. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The Social Manager will monitor and respond to clients via their social accounts.
Enforce the online community's safety and usage policies.
Create relevant social posts and identify opportunities to engage in relevant conversations.
Assist with the preparation of newsletters and posting them on different social media platforms.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism, is required.
• Fluent in English is required.
Work location: Unit 9-31205 Maclure Road Abbotsford, BC V2T 5E5
Compensation: $22.00/hr, 40 hrs/week.
