Job Description:
Supervise and participate in the full upkeep of our preventative maintenance program, including the keeping of logs on work done, scheduling, and the assignment of projects and other related tasks.
Review the maintenance request log and resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date logs of heat, water, light, and power systems, as well as an inventory of repair/maintenance supplies.
Coach and support maintenance team to effectively manage controllable expenses.
Address potential areas of concern and propose solutions to management in a proactive manner.
Ensure building, equipment, and operating licenses, permits, and certifications are current, as well as compliance with province, local, and federal regulations.
Maintain property life-safety systems.
Administer service contracts to support property needs.
Job Requirements:
Working Conditions:
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Full-time
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
A university degree or college diploma is required
1+ years of prior technician/maintenance/relevant trade experience required.
