Job Description:
Support customer service needs for gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and other analytical laboratory instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
*** Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance and qualification on assigned products within specified vendor guidelines.
*** Provide accurate and timely reports of serviced equipment and customer account information.
*** Perform instrumentation operational and performance reviews and calibration.
*** Conduct simple repairs and troubleshooting.
*** Maintain all assets needed to perform tasks such as tools, parts, and test equipment.
