Senior Network Administrators Job

Kforce in Tampa, FL is looking for Senior Network Administrators. A qualified applicant will be analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodologies; Administering, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure (data center and campus) with LAN/WAN, VPNs, MPLS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Cisco, HPE, AWS, and Azure; Deploying, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting network and firewall systems using Arista Datacenter, Cisco Wireless, Palo Alto Fire Wall, F5 Balancer, Cisco CCNP and CCIE; Ensuring reliable, serviceable infrastructure in enterprise campus access networks; Develop, document and distribute production operational processes and runbooks; Deploying and auditing configuration of network devices including routers, switches, WAN/LAN, cryptographic tunnelling, firewalls, gateways, DNS servers, DHCP servers, clustering solutions, wireless systems and related hardware, software, and services; Monitoring network health, including metrics collection, visualization and alerting; Tracking network utilization over time to assist capacity planning models; Developing proper tests and test scripts and documentation for all tools utilizing the industry recommended practices; Developing and implementing test validations of the network systems; Testing and documenting system behavior, performance, and security; Collaborating with other teams to design and implement tools that help automate end-to-end processes that involve the network infrastructure; Ensuring appropriate system monitoring, alerting and reporting is implemented and supported, including uptime, performance, capacity and utilization/show back; and Documenting modifications and enhancements made to the network and associated applications as required by the project. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years’ experience in position or IT field; and experience with with LAN/WAN, VPNs, MPLS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Cisco, HPE, AWS, and Azure. Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required. Salary: $43.00 to $90.00/hour.
