• Salary: 36.60 hourly / 40 hours per week

Overview
• Languages: English
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Exhibit team building qualities
• Possess effective interpersonal skills and excellent written & oral communication
• Should be client focus, organized and have flexibility
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Office and MS Excel


Responsibilities & Tasks
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events
