ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee day-to-day office activities • Coordinate office activities and work schedules and ensure timely delivery of service • Analyze, recommend, and implement administrative procedures to enhance productivity and efficient workflow • Manage, monitor, and report on the office supply inventory, budgets, and expense • Resolve conflicts and inquiries from customers, internal and external offices, third-party suppliers/vendors • Prepare report and analysis on ad hoc basis as required
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: • 3+ years’ experience • Completion of secondary school • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Attention to details and proofreading, time management, and organizational skills • Able to prioritize and multi-task • Strong problem solving skills • Solid computer proficiency in office applications
