Network Support Specialist Job

A Network Support Specialist is needed in Duluth, Georgia.

• Maintain and monitor clients’ current networking systems for providing enterprise resource management systems to manufacturing companies.
• Identify the cause of networking issues and problems by performing diagnostic testing for networks and software and ensure to provide proper solutions.
• Prepare and analyze network historical reports and activities by monitoring logs of network activities.
• Install newly developed computer network systems and software and ensure integration with existing computer network system and proper operation.
• Develop and improve routine maintenance procedures and standards to networking components or equipment.
• Research improved computer networking products and software products to enhance technical networking operations for better networking performance in manufacturing activities.
• Maintain network security settings to improve IT systems and network configurations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
