Network Administrator Job

Network Administrator is needed to perform the following duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic Medical Research’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet connectivity across clinical research offices. Ensure all study-related data transfers and remote connections are secure and HIPAA-compliant.
• Develop internal software solutions and web-based tools to support research workflows such as participant scheduling, secure data entry, and regulatory documentation management.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and other cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive patient and clinical trial data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system outages across multi-site research locations. Provide real-time IT support during patient enrollment and remote monitoring visits.
• Design and maintain secure access to platforms like EDC (Electronic Data Capture), eSource, CTMS, and remote telehealth tools used during trials.
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to automate reporting, build dashboards, and integrate APIs for external sponsor platforms.
• Document SOPs, network diagrams, disaster recovery plans, and routine IT checks as part of Epic’s compliance and inspection readiness.

Bachelor Degree is required in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering
