SK HYNIX NAND PRODUCT SOLUTIONS CORP. (DBA SOLIDIGM)
• Responsible for the assigned design and development tasks of NAND Flash memories;
• Responsibilities include circuit design of Column path and Word line path connecting to the NAND Memory cell;
• Sensing circuit design and simulation for memory cell level detection;
• Full-chip simulation and debugging related to the column path and word line path and sensing circuit;
• Responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur; and
• Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, field experience with judgement as a core design engineer.
Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related and 3 years of experience. Salary Range: $151,895 - $188,300. To apply email resume to [email protected] and reference job#9539697
