Marketing Specialist Job

Job Responsibilities
• Produce professional and competitive campaigns
• Schedule and manage campaign kick-off, ongoing campaign coordination and other types of marketing meetings
• Coordinate the development of campaign content, fees, and other necessary materials from both internal and external
• Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media
• Conduct customer opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key products and services
• Monitor progress of the campaign process with timely follow-up and evaluate the campaign efficiency, cost and return
• Formatting and editing of campaign content to make it coherent
• Maintain campaign content library
• Support development of non-campaign marketing materials, including presentations, reports and brochures

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or upper in Business, Journalism or related degree
- 5-10 years¡¯ experience in marketing
- Expert MS Office skills, InDesign and SEO
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time
- Comfort in communicating with and working with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Very detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience working towards firm deadlines
- Experience applying the data analysis is considered an asset
- Results-oriented with an extremely high work ethic, stringent quality standards, and can-do attitude
