Marble Setters Supervisor NOC 72014 Job

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for laying marble, granite, quartz and solid surfaces. This includes supervising, coordinating and scheduling plans to ensure that the works are carried out according to the established plans while meeting the company's standards.
Responsible for establishing and managing work plans, coordinating with subcontractors.
Have excellent problem-solving skills in facing problems and challenges during the construction process to enhance productivity and product quality.
Responsible for scheduling and managing material procurement plans, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers.
Responsible for conducting regular training in job duties, safe operating procedures, conduct risk assessments, and company policies.
Responsible for the daily management of the team, including recruiting and promoting employees.

Communicate closely with customers to ensure that customer needs and expectations are accurately understood and implemented. At the same time, you will also need to work with the design team to ensure the feasibility of the design plan and its application in the actual installation.

Provide maintenance advice and be responsible for after-sales support to ensure that customers continue to be satisfied with the services provided by the company.
Regularly prepare and submit work progress reports to senior management of the company.

Our extensive inventory and efficient capacity enable us to provide a variety of colors for manufacture and installation in a timely manner. Van StoneFoundry now have a capacity to process 165k sf per year and install 140k sf. Output parity reached 98f capacity. We will invest $2.2m to buy new equipment and also prepare to recruit 15 new employees in the future.
