junior Estimator Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will assist our estimator and project manager in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects, ensuring efficiency and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in estimation while gaining experience in construction.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates.
Assist in determining project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Perform quantity takeoffs and develop and estimate using the Francis Construction standard spreadsheet
Submit the prepared proposals to GC or client.
