This is a full-time on-site Hydraulic Hose Technician role located in Lethbridge, AB. The Hydraulic Hose Technician will be responsible for replacing and repairing hydraulic hoses and fittings, conducting system diagnostics, and ensuring that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard. Other responsibilities include maintaining an organized hose inventory, managing job orders, completing written documentation of completed repair work, and communicating job status to the workshop manager and customers.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical coursework in hydraulic systems or a related field 3 years of experience in Hydraulic Systems Maintenance, Repair, and Installation, with a focus on hydraulic hoses Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills Demonstrated ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and parts specifications Ability to safely use and maintain shop equipment, including power tools, saws, and crimping machines Working knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to use a smartphone to facilitate customer communication and documentation of job tasks Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a team environment.
