Venture Smarter is seeking a skilled, tech-savvy Helpdesk Technician to join our remote IT support team. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for internal and external clients.

🛠 Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email


Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues


Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system navigation


Log, track, and resolve support tickets accurately


Escalate advanced technical issues to higher-level support when needed


Maintain documentation, system updates, and support records


Ensure timely resolution of technical requests

💰 Monthly Salary
$650 – $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and technical skill level

Job Requirements:

Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting (preferred)


Strong understanding of computers, software, and basic networking


Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms


Reliable internet connection and a stable home workspace


Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus
