Operating across five continents, volunteers collaborate to support children's centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Role Overview: "Welcoming Every New Volunteer"
The Buddies Team pairs experienced Fulltimers with new GLDs during their first four weeks. Buddies answer questions, help new volunteers settle into their teams, provide encouragement, create a welcoming environment, and refer issues requiring additional support to the appropriate Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Pair experienced Fulltimers with new GLDs.
- Welcome and guide new volunteers.
- Answer questions and explain expectations.
- Help new GLDs integrate into their teams.
- Check in regularly.
- Refer concerns to Team Leads.
- Promote teamwork and inclusion.
