General Operations Manager (NOC 00015) at Wintegra Windows Inc.

Wintegra Windows Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Abbotsford, BC.

Position Details:
• Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Compensation: $115,000 CAD annually (approx. $55.29 CAD per hour)

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all company operations, establishing and implementing growth strategies and business development plans.
• Develop, enforce and refine company objectives and policies.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including material, human, and financial, to implement company policies/programs.
• Monitor and ensure financial performance and contract compliance across projects.
• Establish financial and administrative controls, manage the company budget, and optimize expenses.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate performance, productivity, and revenue improvement opportunities.
• Represent the company in negotiations and business dealings.
• Manage and coordinate recruitment and training strategies, HR planning and forecasting.
• Select and supervise middle managers and subcontractors, coordinate their activities for optimal performance.

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record in financial and operational management.
• A university degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
