Salary: $18.90 - 19.00/ Hour 32-40 Hours / Week

Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in food service sector
Supervision: 5-10 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player.

Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Establish work schedules
