Food Service Supervisor Job

Kysa Investments Ltd DBA Subway is looking for 1 Full Time Permanent “Food Service Supervisor”

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: CAD 19.15 /hour for 40 hours/week
Minimum Education Required: No specific education is required
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry
Employment Start Date: As soon as possible
Language: English

Job Duties:
• Supervise and organize the work of team members responsible for food preparation and portioning
• Arrange employee schedules to provide full shift coverage
• Forecast requirements and place orders for ingredients and supplies
• Monitor food preparation to uphold service standards and quality
• Keep documentation of inventory, equipment maintenance, sales, and waste
• Compile and deliver operational reports
• Train, develop and assign daily work plans
• Enforce hygiene practices and workplace safety in line with health regulations

Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
