Responsible for full monitoring and auditing of the EVV vendors and contracted providers of EVV services for CCHP. This position is responsible for reviewing daily reports from the EVV vendors and pulling reports as needed to monitor compliance with the requirements for electronic verification of visits by the EVV vendors and providers. Also responsible for identifying non-compliance and working with vendors/ providers to address areas of identified non-compliance and develop resolutions. This position will also be responsible for producing monthly reports for submission to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
High School Diploma Required
Degree in Health Care Administration or health related field, including behavioral health preferred.
At least 5 years in a health care organization setting with experience in personal assistance services (PAS).
Must possess knowledge of Medicaid LTSS guidelines.
At least 2 years of experience conducting auditing, data analyses and reporting.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
Knowledge of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) preferred.
