Job duties: • Install, troubleshoot and repair business equipment, such as Kiosks and PrimeTrex POS terminals or other business equipment • Read technical manuals to support and troubleshoot • Determine failure mode pertaining to all encountering units and diagnose ongoing issues • Repair and test business electronic equipment, like Kiosks, PrimeTrex POS terminals and other business equipment, which requires using electronic test instruments, tools and equipment • Complete work order, test and maintenance reports • Perform responsibilities on client sites when a need arises, and maintain good customer relations • Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
Experience and Education requirements: • Completion of a two- to three-year college program in electronics completion or a four-year apprenticeship program in electronic servicing and repair or completion of high school or college courses in electronics and on-the-job training is required • One or two-year experience in related field is preferred
