CURRENT HIRING
We are currently looking for 3 Compressor Fitters to join our team! The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive, focused on food quality and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.
JOB DUTIES
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams to determine assembly operations
• Conduct equipment tests to ensure smooth functioning and facilitate troubleshooting of the following components, as necessary: stationary compressors and automated compressor units
• Detect and repair any technical issues in compressor components and apparatus to ensure smooth functioning and operating conditions
• Replace faulty wiring, tubes, shafts and commutators in a timely manner, as needed
• Conduct assembly, testing of new compressor equipment
• Inspect parts, subassemblies and finished products to ensure quality
• Perform all above-mentioned duties in accordance with health and safety standards and company policies
• Report to management on any safety hazards related to manufacturing process of compressor components in order to address them in a timely manner

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Strong time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
BENEFITS AND SALARY
• Permanent, Full-time position
• $34.61 per hour for 36 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
• Benefits: Group Medical and Dental Plan
