Chief Executive Officer – Travel Agency Job

Param Hans Aviation Ltd. is looking for a candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer for their company. The Chief Executive Officer is directly responsible for the performance of the organization, the success of its operations and strategic planning. Internally, the CEO will focus on the ongoing improvement of the organization to ensure maximum productivity and revenue. Externally, the CEO will establish long-term relationships with business partners that enhance the organization's profitability and market position.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration is required
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field is required

JOB DUTIES
• Allocate material and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Oversee all operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public meetings to promote the company.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all business operations.
