Diagnose and locate Cellphone faults, and adjust, replace or repair it. Inspect operation of the Cellphone equipment. Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair the switching system, network, associated equipment and software. Complete and maintain test and service reports. Determine nature, cause and location of trouble.

Completion of secondary school Must have Customer Service experience Must have at least two years of relevant experience in repair/service of Cellphones
