Tasks
Frost, glaze, fill, decorate cakes and baked goods such as donuts, pastries, strudels, cookies, crullers, muffins, buns and bread.
Bake mixed dough and batters according to recipes and specifications.
Operate machinery such as specialized oven, cleaning and maintenance of ovens based on MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
Ensure that the freshness and quality of products meets established standards, showcase the products.
Draw up production schedules for quantity and type of product, prepare the order of supplies.
Work front counter, Drive thru and receive payment( cash. debit/credit).
Perform other job duties as required.
