COBS Bread specializes in individually handcrafted breads, rolls, sweets, and baked goods and requires

Full-Time 2 Bakers at its location: 20691 Lougheed Hwy Maple Ridge BC V2X 2P9.

Offered Wage: @ $19.50/hr for 40 hours per week.

Baker will be responsible for the following duties:

Make pie dough, bread dough, roll dough, muffin batter, cookie batter, cake batter, and frostings in accordance with recipes or particular client requests. Bake a variety of mixes and doughs.
Frosting and decorating cakes or other baked items
Make sure product quality satisfies set requirements.
Create a production schedule to decide what kind and how much of each product to make.
Make a list of required baking supplies.
May be in charge of baked products merchandising and sales.
May employ, train, and manage kitchen and baking staff.

Minimum Education – High School

Experience – Previous experience in baking for atleast a year.
