Accountants Supervisor Job

Genesa CPA Corp. is actively seeking a multiple self-driven and experienced Accountants Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptive individuals possessing technical, leadership, and relationship skills, coupled with a curiosity and drive for growth in both professional and personal settings.

Annual Salary :$ 90,000
Work hour: 37.5 hours/ week
Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and oversee daily accounting systems and operations.
-Perform tax preparation services for personal, corporate, partnership, and trust clients.
-Prepare financial statements, including trial balances, reconciliation, and maintenance of general ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
-Supervise and conduct review of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial records maintaining.
-Supervise and conduct review of tax and accounting work prepared by staff accountants; identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
-Attend client meetings, understand clients' needs, and facilitate communications.
-Participate in partner communications and ensure timely updates on client engagements and professional development.

-A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, commerce or a related field
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
-At least 2 years years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities
-A demonstrated ability to effectively oversee multiple processes, tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-A great relationship-builder, with an engaging, professional demeanour
-Highly responsive and approachable, with a strong customer service orientation
-Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
-Ability to lead, mentor, coach and develop junior staff
