•Conducts comprehensive intake and assessments by identifying needs and collecting information to enter into computer system for case management
•Helps high school students transition from school to work - which consist of job placement in the community, on-the-job training or post-secondary training
•Assists eligible persons with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining employment
•Authorizes and coordinates rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities
•Organizes and trains colleagues on anger management techniques when dealing with clients
•Provides needs assessment, determines priority category, and develops an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) for eligible clients by identifying vocational goal, intermediate objectives, and services necessary to achieve goals and objectives
•Assists clients and employers with post employment services and provides clients with necessary accommodations. Consults and provides recommendation for the need of assistive technology
•Provides case management services and serve as a team leader with responsibility and accountability for assigned caseload
•Provides vocational, personal and academic counseling to clients
•Educates school staff on the Vocational Rehabilitation referral process and movement of students through the rehabilitation process

•Conducts basic skills assessments and testing of job readiness skills and provide career development
