After a completing a PhD in theoretical physics, I am looking to shift my focus fully to education. My aim is to transfer some of my passion for understanding the physical world to young people of all backgrounds. I have 6 years of experience as a teaching assistant, both in Canada and abroad, and am active as a volunteer for the language-learning program Duolingo. With patience, creativity, enthusiasm and an ability to get along with anyone, I hope to encourage a calm and productive learning environment for all students.

2014-2018: Teaching Assistant, University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands
- Part of the PhD program, one full-semester course per year, mostly in English
- Duties: running tutorials, creating and grading both homework and exams, all evaluated positively by students
