 Oversee all day to day operations of the school including academics, student and parent relationships, staffing, budget, and facilities.
 Develop and implement Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) via Lego Robotics Program and collaborating with local Nature Organization for weekly instruction.
 Made it possible for the school to receive Blue Ribbon Status in 2018 through outstanding performance and work ethic.
 Played an instrumental role in maximizing student talents and capabilities through community involvement, school activities, and local field trips, which contributed to our overall success.
 Led academic improvement which resulted in the following: ‘15-‘16 Nelson students matched the state ELA proficiency rate at 61% which improved to 65% for ‘17-‘18 while the state dropped to 58%. Our Math in ‘15-‘16 was 36% (NH was 49%), we improved to an amazing 65% in ‘17-‘18 (NH dropped to 48%).
 Positioned the school for recognition on school profile published by the state with top quartile score for student achievement and mean growth percentile (MGP) rate.

MONADNOCK REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT – SWANZEY, NH
2014–2015 Principal | Cutler Elementary
 Effectively supported students and staff in upper Elementary (Grade 3-6) School.
 Established a monthly "Breakfast with the Principal" Group to enhance communication with parents and members of the community.
 Conducted monthly student recognition assemblies and various events while increasing school spirit and bringing fun to the school.
