Faslube
This was my first automotive job out of high school/Trade school. I would add oil and check all
the fluids under the hood, Washer fluid, brake fluid, transmission fluid and power steering
fluid.. check tire pressure.. the entire oil change had to be done in 10 minutes every time. I felt i
was an uplifting individual to the guys I worked with like we were a team but the only difference
is they hated faslube. It didn't pay but 8 dollars an hour, 20 hours a week if you were lucky! I
didn't care at the time.. I was just out of high school and needed gas money... Ah the good ol
days!
I put my two weeks in after about 11 months because I needed a bigger wage... faslube went
under 2 years later
