I started with this company since its beginnings, providing online bookkeeping services and advising on medical interpreters training. I ran the A/R and A/P, relations with vendors, clients, and insurance companies, payroll, personnel supervisor. Used QuickBooks Pro.

Spanish Interpreter (Sept 09 to August 2015)
I performed live medical interpretations to patients, therapists, doctors and sometimes lawyers, for different sites. I assisted the rehab team with disable patients with brain injuries as well as their families dealing with case managers. I also covered the Department Manager position several times coordinating over 40 interpreters to assist patients/providers in different sites. A major accomplishment was the translation into Spanish of the book “Back on Track” used to retrain newly disabled patients to adapt to their new life, which was widely used by therapists. I also assisted the Manager with data base, payroll, and reports.
