Inventory and Material Management

Supervised daily operations of an Integrated Team of up to 32 engineers, logistics professionals, and material handlers
Act as the NDTE Team lead, in charge of overseeing 5 to 16-man team of field engineers, technicians, and material handlers, as well as performing daily testing and detection on physical or structural defects in armor protective inserts
Serve as a site manager of company’s operations for NCI, Inc., assigned in supervising a team of technicians, engineers, and material handlers
Function effectively as the Middle East International lead for all ballistic plate testing, servicing, and redistribution
