Supervision, interviewing, hiring, termination, and training of counseling staff; facilitation of performance evaluation; and implementation of disciplinary guidelines in the CPP/Counseling Department; and

Behavioral Counselor, Case Management Inclusive Years
Offered keen oversight to assigned caseload varying from 60 to 90 young adults; while generating daily reports.
Directed counseling staff and success teams including, residential advisors, coordinators, dorm supervisors, and other job corps employee base, to ensure program completion of organizational objective aids and resident trainees.
