Administer two antenna refurbishment/systems upgrade programs for Japanese Ministry of Defense (JMOD) customer.
Maintain active communication with USG technical advisors, local Japanese Ministry of Defense (JMOD) officials, including in-country

contractors and military operators.
Leverage technical skills in managing installation solutions for systems in Northern and Southern Japan.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and Integrated Process Team (IPT) Lead on program development and advanced planning to support

new site installation projects in other locations OCONUS in 2016, in parallel with Japan projects.

Led the development and implementation of mission equipment and automation software upgrade to a collection ground station in Northern

Japan.
Oversaw numerous Site Team visits in coordination with USG technical advisors, local Japanese Ministry of Defense (JMOD) officials, as

well as in-country contractors and military operators.
Drove efforts in executing formal preliminary design review/critical design review (PDR/CDR) and subsequent quarterly reviews with

JMOD officials in Tokyo.
Functioned effectively as onsite heavy installation site manager during system installation phase.
Provided hands-on support with ground station initial subsystem sell-off activities for large collection site at a separate location

OCONUS, in parallel with Japan projects.

associated subsystems within a remote ground station location OCONUS.
Supervised and coordinated with GD-AIS, GD-C4S, and GDST subsystem leads from site survey to final integrated system sell-off.
Spearheaded the Site Team visits with customers, local site managers, contractors, vendors, and military personnel.
Built and maintained strong relationships with partners throughout the Richardson, Texas and San Jose, California branches of GDST;

and the Scottsdale, Arizona and Los Cruses, New Mexico branches of GD-C4S.
