Objective:

director. Directing a high functioning

The enclosed resume, shares some of my
exciting accomplishments over the
years. My career has been focus
primarily in the facilities management
service. I have traveled throughout the
United States surveying as well as
Administration of Facilities
Maintenance, Housekeeping as well as
Property Management organizational
systems and quandaries. During my
assignments, I have identified and
bench marked all existing system and
impediments, while implementing
substantiated solution, restoring
credibility with improved customer
satisfaction, while reducing total
operational costs.

During my career I have continued to
direct many construction projects,
while having complete administrative
responsibility for the Facilities
Maintenance / Housekeeping Services /
Laundry Services / Lost Prevention
(Security), Property Management, as
well as Food Service operation. Some of
these responsibilities have included
project management of ongoing
infrastructure improvements,
statistical data retrieval, population
and implementing of core departmental
computer systems, while evaluating,
developing and hiring a proficient
accomplished team of specialists to
better equip the organization in
meeting its daily operation as well as
its strategic position in a competitive
market while reducing costs.
