through on-time closing of tickets and
maintenance of customer satisfaction, in

collaboration with supporting engineers.

turnaround of IuPS over IP project,
while productively overseeing the entire
SIGTRAN

project for 40 MSCs.

throughout rollout, customer support,
and software upgrade of more than 20
MSCs and 40

MGWs.
- Designed a new real-time network
monitoring for all MSCs, consequently
diminishing drop call rate from more
than 5% to

less than 1% in the entire South Region
of AT&T.

technical expert for all core network
